1. Scope of application:
It can be used for traction treatment of cervical vertebra and lumbar vertebra respectively;
Osteoporosis, serious heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, pulmonary dysfunction, spinal tuberculosis, tumor, skin damage, pregnant women and other diseases that are forbidden to traction clinically.
Power supply voltage: 220 V ± 22 V, 50 Hz ± 1 Hz
Rated input power: 100VA
Lumbar traction force: 0 ~ 990n
Traction force: 0 ~ 220n
Traction stroke: 0 ~ 300 mm
Leg bed surface: length: 1220 mm, width: 600 mm, tolerance ± 10%;
Back bed surface: length: 760 mm, width: 600 mm, tolerance ± 10%.
2.1 setting range of traction force
2.2 the lumbar traction force was set in the range of 0-990n and adjusted by 10N step.
2.3 the range of cervical traction force is 0-300n, step 10N.
2.4 output accuracy
2.5 lumbar traction: when the traction force is less than or equal to 200N, the tolerance is ± 10% or ± 10N, the larger value is; when the traction force is more than 200N, the tolerance is ± 20% or ± 50N, take the smaller value.
2.6 cervical traction: when the traction force is less than or equal to 200N, the tolerance is ± 10% or ± 10N, the larger value is; when the traction force is more than 200N, the tolerance is ± 20% or ± 50N, take the smaller value.
2.7 output stability
In the normal state, the traction force should keep stable or even change during the whole treatment process, and there should be no sudden jump.
When the patient's end is suddenly tightened or relaxed due to external force, the device should automatically restore the preset value. The rate of recovery should be within the range of traction change rate.
When lumbar traction and cervical traction work at the same time, the traction force change of any output end (such as start, stop or accidental tension / relaxation) shall not cause traction drift or jump of other output ends.
2.8 monitoring accuracy the tolerance between the real-time traction monitoring value and the actual value is ± 10%.
The monitoring accuracy of traction force shall be clearly stated in the instruction manual.
2.9 traction change rate
The change rate of traction force shall not be greater than 250N / s and shall be stated in the instruction manual.
2.1.1 prevention of hazardous output
2.1.2 when the cervical traction force reaches 200N, it is necessary to press a lower limit value confirmation key to continue to adjust upward. The limit value confirmation key will automatically lock after one minute of no action.
2.1.3 when the traction force of cervical spine is set above 200N, there is a prompt tone every 10N.
2.1.4 during the fade out period, the equipment should not produce negative traction (pressure) on the patient.
2.1.5 traction time
2.1.6 the traction time range is adjustable from 0 to 99 min, the step value is 1 min, and the tolerance is ± 30 s;
2.1.7 the duration range is adjustable from 0 to 9 min, the step value is 1 min, and the tolerance is ± 10 s;
2.1.8 the interval time range is adjustable from 0 to 9 min, the step value is 1 min, and the tolerance is ± 10 s.
2.1.9 all settable timing modes are countdown.
Left and right rotation
The bed surface of the back can be rotated left and right with a rotation angle of 25 ° and a tolerance of ± 2 ° respectively.
The running speed is 210 ° / min, and the tolerance is ± 15%.
